At the Rotary Solidarity Food Bank we always aim to provide the most complete and varied basket possible. This week we were also able to add an exceptional product, bluefin tuna loin, thanks to the Fisheries Ministry sub-delegation inspectors who gave us three fine confiscated tuna weighing approximately 100kg in total, which our regular collaborator, chef Pablo Pastor, quickly cleaned and cut into 1 kg portions at his Kitchen Workshop for our users to enjoy. It is moving to see how good relations between people, together with effective management and generous volunteering, make it possible for top-quality products to reach the tables of thousands of families who for one reason or another are going through a difficult time. «SOLIDARITY IS THE TENDERNESS OF PEOPLES» – let us keep fostering it
